This store is operated by Token Trophy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Refund and Returns policy, Shipping policy, and Privacy policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
We make every effort to display our products and their colors, finishes, and dimensions accurately. Because our awards are metal and hand-finished, small variations in finish, plating tone, and dimensions are normal and are not defects.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We may correct pricing or product description errors, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
4. Custom and personalized orders
Our products are made to order using the information you provide.
- The text, spelling, and options you submit at checkout are used exactly as entered. We do not send a proof before production and we do not correct or edit submitted text.
- Once production begins, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
- You are responsible for having the right to use any name, logo, mark, or content you ask us to engrave. By submitting it, you confirm you have that right, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from it.
- We may decline or cancel any custom order at our discretion, including orders we believe infringe another party’s rights or are unlawful, offensive, or abusive. Where we cancel, we refund you in full.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we begin production. We may cancel an order and refund you if the item is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the information you supply is accurate.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns policy. Please read both, because our products are personalized and our return rights are narrower than for a general merchandise store.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including text, images, product designs, and the Token Trophy name and marks, is our property or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Third-party names, logos, and marks that appear on this store belong to their respective owners.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost opportunity. 12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit for engraving.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place your order governs that order.
